Roses Are Red (US Sleeve-Alternate Photo on it)

I think this is a US sleeve, but the photo on the cover is NOT the same as the one I know.

An Alternaste Cover? or Re-Issue?

Maybe A First Pressing as the label has ":Roses Are Red (My Love) on the same line.

There was another pressing with (My Love) under the "Roses Are Red title.
